CDC Extras Casting
Happy Wednesday – This is what I am currently booking for fittings for UNTITLED MOVIE MUSICAL shooting in Richmond, Virginia.
Seeking people who are local to Richmond, Virginia. No travel, hotel is provided.
This list below contains new submission categories and some revised roles and sizes.
This takes place in the 1960s and 70s – we need natural hair. Sadly, no braids or locks. No visible tattoos on face, neck and arms.
NOTE – when submitting for background work – DO NOT SUBMIT if you can not attend a wardrobe fitting. I keep running into people saying they can not attend the fitting. EVERYONE must be fit in advance and I’m casting scenes in sequence. DO NOT submit to the scenes below if you CAN NOT attend the fitting this week.
NOTE – NEVER EVER submit photos wearing sunglasses or a hat or hair that is not currently the look on your head right now. We assume you have the hair length in the photo you send us. It’s not helpful when you show up with fire engine red hair or braids.
Also, I have people asking for dates. Unless the dates are specified, we don’t have exact dates. We will ask you when we reach out for you to do a fitting.
BASKETBALL BOYS Seeking Black/ African American/ Mixed kids ages 9-12 to play neighbor kids for numerous days of shoot. Kids will work 1-2 days at a time in some cases. Due to hours, kids must be 9 or older. (SUBJECT: BOYS). Rate on the kids is $208.
1960s NEIGHBORS – MEN
Seeking Black/ African American/ Mixed adults 18 and older to play neighbors. These people will fit this Wednesday to WORK MONDAY, APRIL 22nd. Waist sizes 28-38 for men. (Period costumes, small stock.). Rate on this role is $208.

Please email TWO (2) Photos and LABEL THE FILES OF YOUR PICTURES with your first and last name as a “close-up” and “full body.” Example: Chad Darnell Headshot. Chad Darnell Full Body. YOUR PHOTOS MUST BE IN THE SAME EMAIL AS YOUR INFORMATION. DO NOT SEND MULTIPLE EMAILS.
When submitting, understand we will never have the report time until the day before. You will be expected to shoot “all day.” All day means all day. Very early report time, shooting 12-16 hours. You can not leave during the day. We need you available for the entire day.
