RATE: $88/8 per day + $44 fitting bump + $44 testing bump on non-working dates
DATES: 11/2, 11/3, 11/16, 11/17, 11/18, 11/19, 11/20
FITTING DATE: TBD (week of Oct 19)
COVID TEST DATES:
One Test determined specifically by the fitting day you are assigned,
10/30, 11/13
**will test each of these dates, plus additional tests will be given during work dates**
