Stand In/Photo Double Rate: $150/12+ot -Paid in the form of check via payroll company within 4-6 weeks -Virtual voucher completed via Everyset
Must have valid identification to work in the US -Minors must have GA Entertainment DOL Certificate in order to work. Minors in Entertainment | Georgia Department of Labor
Shoot Dates: 6/29 & 6/30 -All dates subject to change -Shoots can last -/+12hours
Must have open availability as talent may be recalled to work multiple days between 6/27-7/29
Shoot Location: Atlanta GA (area)
Some locations may not be within perimeter or on Marta line
Talent must be able to work as a local hire
Exact locations will not be released until the day prior to shoot day
MANDATORY COVID-19 TESTING: 24 HOURS BEFORE WORK DATE -MUST test with Production prior to being allowed on set -Testing bump: +$30 paid on work day -MINORS: 1 Guardian must test to be allowed to be on set

Must be current hair & facial hair
MUST be a jpeg no pdf or word document
7. VACCINATION STATUS? 8.MINORS: Copy of DOL Certificate 9.MINORS: Guardian’s name & D.O.B.
