LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL PLAYERS NEEDED!!!
Project: THE WONDER YEARS!
Dates: Covid test Sunday 2/13, Wardrobe Fitting Monday 2/14, Filming Tuesday 2/15. (Must be available all three days)
Rate: $100 for filming day, $25 for covid test and fitting dates.
Looking for Minor boys who can portray African- American, ages 9-13 who have some experience playing Baseball. They don’t have to be super skilled or advanced, but must have some experience playing the game, and some throwing and catching and batting experience. The scene will be a real little league game in the 1960s. All wardrobe and equipment will be provided, but the boys must know how to play the game, and have a look that fits the time period (no unnatural hair colors, locs, twists, braids).
Filming and testing will take place in Atlanta, GA. You must have reliable transportation to make it to Atlanta for filming and testing.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE REGISTERED WITH CENTRAL CASTING TO SUBMIT AND WORK, BUT YOU MUST HAVE THE PROPER DOCUMENTS TO FILL OUT A STANDARD I9 FORM PROVING YOUR RIGHT TO WORK AS BACKGROUND IN THE UNITED STATES.
ALSO, EACH MINOR THAT SUBMITS MUST HAVE A PARENT/GUARDIAN (OVER THE AGE OF 18) AVAILABE TO TEST AND GO TO THE FITTING AND FILMING DATES!
This production is requiring EVERYONE to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and to be considered for work YOU MUST FALL INTO EITHER OF THE TWO FOLLOWING CATEGORIES: (1) fully vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson) or (2) have a disability or sincerely held religious belief that prevents vaccination. Please specify in your submission e-mail whether you are (1) or (2).
(This goes for the Minor as well as the Parent/Guardian, both must be vaccinated against Covid-19, and both must Covid test before reporting to the fitting or filming locations)
As a condition of working on set, you are required to get a paid Covid-19 test at a production sanctioned testing facility prior to any work date(s). Additional testing may also be done on workdays.
While at the test facility and on set, Production requires that a face mask that covers your nose and mouth be worn. All possible work dates are contingent upon clearing these tests.

5. Are you BOTH available the COVID test, fitting and filming dates above? This applies to Minor and Parent/Guardian.
6. Does your Minor have REAL Baseball playing experience, if so, please provide a position that they have played (Pitcher, Catcher, infield base, outfield) and how much or how long have they been playing?
