MANDATORY COVID-19 TESTING: 1/22 7am-3pm
-MUST test TWICE with Production 24HRS prior to start date
Testing Bump: +$30 (paid on work day)
-NO outside tests will be accepted at this time.

-Must be current hair & facial hair
-MUST be a jpeg no pdf or word document
