STANLEY 55 to 65 years old, Latino, Hispanic male. Ben’s (Lead) father. Loves his son so much and wants his son to be a great person. Ben has learned that Dad wants him to be great, but Stanley has fallen into the trap of just correcting and punishing, rather than rewarding and encouraging. (SUPPORTING) (5-day shoot)
OSKAR (HEAD CHEF 55 to 70 years old, all ethnicities male or female. Head Chef who demands respect and can do the stereotypical song and dance of being a classically trained chef, but is disenchanted and jaded about the scene. Just want to retire. No longer a star, so now training young people. Experienced chefs preferred, but not required. (SUPPORTING) (5-7 day shoot)
JONES 30 to 40 years old, Black, Mixed Ethnicity male. Very Smooth, driven, embodies ambition itself, silly, goofy, sarcastic. Ben’s (Lead) persona as a CHEF. Humorous and ability improv. (SUPPORTING) (15-day shoot)
