Must be available all five days.
Day 1: Test and quarantine – 5/15 – $88/8
Day 2: Test and quarantine – 5/16 – $88/8
Day 3: Test and quarantine – 5/17 – $88/8
Day 4: Test and quarantine – 5/18 – $88/8
Day 5: Working + TEST – 5/19 – $88/8
