Wanted to cover a few things in retrospect to a new 1940’s project coming soon…

This project will be very specific with….
1. Sizes
2. Hair/Nails and Makeup
3. Musicians looks etc…
4. Location etc…
SIZES WILL RANGE FROM FEMALES SIZE 2-8
Men Waist up to 36

We are hoping to be VERY selective as to the BG Talent that will film on this project eliminating those that share too much information…
PHOTOS/VIDEO POSTINGS/LOCATION CHECK INS
We know that there are many that like to list their locations when fitting and taking Covid tests and when filming.
Even though our emails clearly state “NO VIDEOS, NO PHOTOS” etc…
We will only select individuals that understand this isn’t acceptable and that will not disclose this information during their booking process.

FITTINGS
Some BG will film as “INTERCHANGEABLE CORE”
and will need fittings that will take time.
•You should not submit to be an interchangeable CORE BG if you are on a time restraint the day or days of your fitting(s) if you’re not an individual with patience and seem to be disruptive during fittings.
If you feel the look is about you and not the character and feel the clothing choice from costumes isnt for you…

HAIR AND MAKEUP AND NAILS
Hair department has asked that “NO ONE” should have any HAIR EXTENSIONS/WIGS/BRAIDS/DREADS/MULTICOLORED HAIR etc…

Ladies with Natural HAIR
As we do not have any further information on how Hair will be styled.
If you do not like heat added to your hair, you should NOT SUBMIT.

ROLLERS/CURLERS
LADIES: If you do not have curlers and are booked you may want to invest in some…
We are not sure if you will be required that you show up with your hair in curlers (TBD)

Men’s with FACIAL HAIR/MUSTACHES/SIDEBURNS/BEARDS
1940’s project: we will be seeking MEN THAT ARE CLEAN SHAVEN (NO FACIAL HAIR)
If you book as interchangeable CORE and you have facial hair. Hair Department will shave it for the next period.
If you need your facial hair for a different project, you should not submit to the postings for this film.

•Men with long hair/Big Afros etc… if you are not willing to have your hair cut in an appropriate 1940’s style

COVID TESTS
COVID TESTS WILL TAKE PLACE ON
MONDAY’S and THURSDAY’S according to your schedule and it will be posted along with the postings.
•EVERYONE will be required to take a COVID TEST. We often like to ask kindly that you do not submit and book with us only to ask if you may use a COVID TEST FROM ELSEWHERE.
