NASHVILLE, TN AREA – Lifetime Movie “Patsy & Loretta Forever” for work on WEDNESDAY 4/3/19 with wardrobe Fitting on TUESDAY 4/2/19. *MUST be available for BOTH fitting and work dates!

–we are also planning to fit some people from this work date to work again on Thursday 4/4/19. It is not required, but if you are available, let us know!–

–NEW FACES who have not yet worked on this project in small scenes ONLY! OK if you have only worked as Ryman Audience on 4/1– If you were already pre-fit for this work date, you are booked and do not need to resubmit. We will be sending out booking emails later this evening to you.

SHOOT DATE: WEDNESDAY 4/3/19

We do NOT have call times yet for shoot date so you MUST have FULL day available if submitting to be available regardless what Call/Wrap Time ends up being. Start time could be VERY very early in the morning! (possibly as early as 05:00am)

Pay rate: $64.00 for 8 hours ($8.00/hour with an 8 hour guarantee and time and 1/2 after 8 hours) Will be paid the full 8 hour rate even in you work less than that, however you MUST be available for the entire shoot day and have FULL day availability regardless of Call/Wrap times. –On Location Casting is not your Employer of Record and does not issue paychecks for this project.

HERMITAGE DESK CLERK: Male, Caucasian, age range 25-45, upscale, attractive, conservative, professional, NO Facial hair at all (MUST be clean-shaven or willing to completely shave before your fitting/work dates), NO visible tattoos or piercings, short neat tidy haircuts on men for 1950s period, natural colored and not overprocessed hair for ladies, thin to average build to fit period costumes – ladies can be no larger than size 12, men should be average thin to medium build not overweight.

UPSCALE CMR ATTENDEES: Male and Female, Caucasian, age range 20-50s,clean-cut, conservative, attractive, NO Facial hair at all (MUST be clean-shaven or willing to completely shave before your fitting/work dates), NO visible tattoos or piercings, short neat tidy haircuts on men for 1950s period, natural colored and not overprocessed hair for ladies, thin to average build to fit period costumes – ladies can be no larger than size 12, men should be average thin to medium build not overweight.

RALPH EMORY’s DATE & FRIENDS: Male and Female, Caucasian, age range 20-30s,clean-cut, conservative, VERY attractive, NO Facial hair at all (MUST be clean-shaven or willing to completely shave before your fitting/work dates), NO visible tattoos or piercings, short neat tidy haircuts on men for 1950s period, natural colored and not overprocessed hair for ladies, thin to average build to fit period costumes – ladies can be no larger than size 8, men should be average thin to medium build not overweight. GREAT Looking people that would be hobnobbing with the elite – this MAY pay a higher rate ($150) but you must be willing to work for the general extra rate as the Costume Dept will decide who is placed in these roles based on your in-person fitting.

–roles will be assigned at your wardrobe fitting at the discretion of the Costume Dept based on the available clothing that you fit in. You MUST accept the role and wardrobe assigned to you regardless of what it may be!–
