Casting for Student Film – Encounters
We are looking for two actors for a student film at UNC Chapel Hill.
This low-budget science fiction short film is not a paid film.
Noah (23) is a regular, awkward young man. He lives in the same small town that he has all his life. He works in a coffee shop and lives a mundane life. He struggles with an event in his past, and pushes it away as he re-encounters a childhood friend, Emily.
Emily (23) is a successful young professional. She is returning to her small town of origin to confront elements of her past, one of which is Noah. She wants to see her old friend, hoping that they can make sense of a mysterious event from their childhood.
This film will be shot around the Chapel Hill area, and dedicated student actors are an ideal fit for this film.
