Casting Teens for Short Film in Cleveland, TN, area.
Hello! My name is Linsy Lawson, and I am a 17 year old actress with a passion for film.
My friend Taylor Lawson and I have decided to produce a short film. We have both been involved in the broadcasting/digital media programs at our respective schools.
We are searching for one female actress and one male actor to complete our cast!
Title of project: Andi’s Happiness (working title) Type of project: Nonunion indie short film
When is it filming?: We are aiming to film on a weekend in late February or early March, but the exact weekend will be determined based off of the actors’ availability.
Where is it filming?: We will be filming in the Cleveland, TN, area.
Paid or unpaid: It is unpaid, but we will be providing snacks and/or meals. We will also provide a copy of the film.
We anticipate no longer than 2 hours on set for each actor, and it is likely it will take even less time than that.
Andi’s Happiness is a short film about a girl named Andi who had a falling out with her friends and her subsequent journey to happiness.
We are casting for the roles of Boy #1 and Maya.
Boy #1: Male actor, between the ages of 15 and 18. He is Andi’s friend/crush.
Maya: Female actress, between the ages of 15 and 18. She becomes friends with Andi after the falling out.
Older and younger actors will be considered as well, as long as they can reasonably portray age 16/17.
