Casting Call! Short Film “Sodium Vapor Nights” UNCSA
Looking to cast 2 roles, CALVIS & MR. LINDVALE
Hello,
CASTING CALL! for the role of MR. LINDVALE & CALVIS in a University of North Carolina short film, Sodium Vapor Nights. The shooting dates are September 23-25, and September 30-Ocotber 1 and 2.
These will total in two weekends and two Mondays, and shooting will take place in the WINSTON-SALEM, NORTH CAROLINA area. This is a NON-PAID job, but a copy of the completed film, free lunch/food on set, and possible recognition from the festival circuit are included.
The story revolves around Sarah, a recent college graduate, adamant that she deserves a place in the family business. However, she finds herself entangled in a secretive upper-class world controlled by her manipulative father, Mr. Lindvale.
Attached are the most recent version of the script, character breakdowns, and two options of sides. If interested in auditioning for the role of MR. LINDVALE and/or CALVIS, pleas choose ONE of the two sides for LINDVALE, and/or the singular choice for CALVIS to use for a self-tape, and email the finished video(s) to blair47@gmail.com, with a subject line as such: FIRST and LAST NAME, ROLE, SIDES OPTION #. If you choose to audition for both roles, please make two separate videos, one for each. Also include a headshot in the email along with the self-tape(s). SUBMISSIONS WILL BE TAKEN FROM NOW TO SEPTEMBER 3RD.
